The scotts is still the #2 song on Spotify and #8 on AM which means people are listening. The falloff comes because it has 0 radio play and the digital sales decrease after the first week. But it’s still one of the top 5 most streamed songs in America. The hot 100 is antiquated way of deterring longevity due to radio play still being so important there
