Oct 24, 2019IgnancePac was a super overrated rapper and was not even better than the one nigga he was competing with (Biggie) sure he’s seen in a lot more illustrious light but he’s not a technically impressive rapper by any standard imo. It was more his voice that made up for all of that and great production. Besides his projects tend to have filler on them plagued with weed carriers (that ppl love to dock points off of wayne for)
The filler s*** is true and he's not as technically proficient as most rappers. But he has one of the most legendary discogs ever, a top 10 most imporant hip-hop album ever (All Eyez On Me), top 3 greatest at straight up rapping (despite not having crazy flows like Big or Em), and his way of capturing the listener with his words is parallel to almost none.

Pac wasn't a great rapper but his influence and cultural dominance gains him a top 5 spot alone.
Pac is bigger then Hip Hop in the same way MJ,Bob Marley and ithers were bigger then their genres.
