Pac was a super overrated rapper and was not even better than the one nigga he was competing with (Biggie) sure he’s seen in a lot more illustrious light but he’s not a technically impressive rapper by any standard imo. It was more his voice that made up for all of that and great production. Besides his projects tend to have filler on them plagued with weed carriers (that ppl love to dock points off of wayne for)
