They gotta bring a nigga with tourettes to the next show and let him shout whatever to cancel this out. See if he calls Leo Dicaprio a cracker while he's presenting or some s***.
film about his life was up for an award if theres a black man up for an award with tourrettes of course hed attend
F*** it you know what
I could conced if dude was American. Tf you mean hard r is in your lexicon as a BRIT
Man them niggas invented the English language and help write the book on racism lol especially towards black you givin em too much credit. You would be surprised how similar white ethnic groups all over the world act when it comes to how they treat and view Black people.
i just seems strange to have him thre knowing hed likely be disruptive? i dont see the purpose and how a whoooooooooooooooole entire team greenlit this
to spread awarebness of the condition and get more people to understand it and hoipefully not have stigma of it
yh jamie foxx dumb
worst part is that others will look towards him as a voice of authority and disregard education
So what do people want to happen from this ultimately
An apology at minimum
this thread has me triggered cos i just read the book but majority of comments are so ignorant its brazy we live in 2026 crazy people still so ignorant about tourrettes
Not editing that out of the show is just so bizarre a decision that pretty much loses them any benefit of the doubt
spreadsa the word on tourettes if they edit it out defeats the purpose of putting his film up for an award
its one thing for it to happen but letting it be aired is an undeniable statement against MBJ and Delroy
it almost feels like a 'stay in your lane boy' situation but i might be looking too much into it
you are
Seen folks ITT wishing death on the guy. Sad situation all around. Hope MBJ and Delroy are okay

Wait this wasn’t live??
I think some people think Tourettes is always a thing of having certain repeating 'tic' phrases, but if you have a condition called coprolalia as well, it really is a matter of intrusive thoughts coming into your head about what the most inappropriate thing to say at that time would be and then immediately blurting it out, it's not that the condition 'makes you racist', but it can absolutely make you say racist, sexist, homophobic etc stuff, there's no 'choice' or ability to restrain yourself when these things happen, it's the kind of thing that makes a person shout 'bomb' at an airport
He absolutely needs to publicly apologise to MBJ and Delroy and make all of the above extremely clear, and honestly even though the point of the movie about him is that people with Tourettes are just the same as anyone else, they don't mean the stuff they involuntarily say, and should be accepted in everyday life, I really think the private booth option suggested ITT would have been the best call, knowing his condition and the hurt that tics can cause people, it's just waiting for a disaster to have him in an audible place on such a big night
The fact that this was aired hours after it happened, they cut 'Free Palestine' from a speech, but left this in is genuinely disgusting though, who does it benefit to keep this in there
they cut 'Free Palestine' from a speech, - hold up who didthat?

Totally valid reaction btw

u literally cant have his movies up for an award then not invite him whole point is to put tourrettes in the mainstream so everyone sees it thats like having a film about brad pitts life n not inviting him the tourrettes awareness in public places s the whole point of the film
Why the f*** was that nigga there if yall know this is a possibility
to spread awareness of his condition his film was up for a bafta
