May 21Thought this s*** was phenomenal. Last 20-25 minutes or so dragged on a bit with the back to back full song performances, but first hour and 15 or so was absolutely electric. Main role killed it. Really looking forward to 2nd one now. Should start with Smooth Criminal video

There have been a billion hit pieces full of s*** about them and a piece of major media celebrating MJ has been long long overdue so heaven forbid we get 2 positive MJ projects

I think it’d be impossible not to and several of the cast have said they will tackle it in the sequel. But I’m sure they’ll keep it as a short segment and defend Mikes innocence
Also frankly, he has far less hits post Bad so I think they can’t rely on the music as much here

The hits from Bad and We are the world for sure. But after that you have They don’t care about us, black or white. You rock my world, Jam, etc. which like these are good songs but these aren’t anywhere near the status of his stuff from Bad and before. None of these songs are making you stop in your tracks like Human Nature or Thriller
