the leaked audio file has “6.9.22” in the file name, so that’s the date it was originally exported

& according to what i’ve heard from others, it was being mastered alongside the rest of HNvm

put 2&2 together, this was leftover from HNvm, and given how Drake usually (used to?) say the album title in his outro songs, this was probably the outro
