imo theres no way he isnt gonna take a plea deal. not only because everyone else already has basically but because theres literally no way to fight the cascade of charges in a RICO case if others have already taken plea deals and admitted guilt
s*** at this point even if he didn't rent the car in his name he would still be f***ed.
I hope it happen to that bum too
one thing we can all agree on is Thug is f***ed
he’ll cop to like 10 i don’t think they’ll give him the full 20

I think the offer may be higher at 10 at this point. they want to really send a message and make an example

depends on ur definition. I think Thug gets less than 15 (out in less than 10) which would be great considering they are trying to make him out to be the Leader of a Violent Gang and responsible for a few Murders

I think he gets over 10 but we shall see
with all due respect to tory and his family, you guys still defending him do realise the things he was charged with: assualt with a semiauto, carrying an unregistered weapon, discharge with gross negligence doesnt mean he shot megan. you can still get a guilty verdict of all those three charges without proving he directly shot her
oh aight then he got to eat that
but isn't your name free mechanical and he was saying wild s*** in this thread ?
FREE MECHANICAL
Y’all not boutta sit here and say it was clear the whole time
Even literal lawyers who were at the trial said the entire time the case was an absolute mess
aight then you real
@thankmelater was taking shots the whole ordeal gotta give him props for never folding
they was jumping him from the beginning
Damnn, was this posted itt already?
https://twitter.com/Pluggedsoundz_/status/1608818202066444288this feels unnecessary to see
don't get cancelled before your album drops
They can’t cancel Brave. Trust me they’ve tried
I mean Tory himself has also casually said that Kelsey didn't shoot her on IG back when all of this was originally being reported. Kelsey's original statements from her hearing have also said that Tory shot her. Meg said Tory shot her.
Ya got two out of the three people who were present for the shooting saying that Tory did it, and you had Tory say the only other person who could've shot her did not shoot her....and y'all still had trouble figuring out who shot Meg
That doesn’t change the fact that the case was a mess and testimonies were inaccurate. The jury came to their verdict based on what was presented in the case, not an IG comment for two years ago

Yes, the jury came to their verdict based on 40+ pieces of evidence against Tory that was presented in the case.
The only "mess" there seemed to be was from bloggers putting out misinformation.

assault with a semi auto + discharge with gross negligence means he shot her.
for the assault with semi:
1: The defendant did an act with a firearm that by its nature would directly and probably result in the application of force on a person.
2: The defendant acted intentionally.
3:When the defendant acted, he or she was aware of facts that would cause a reasonable person to realize that their act would directly and probably result in the application of force to someone
4: AND when the defendant acted, he or she had the present ability to apply force with a firearm.
for the discharge with gross neg:
1.willfully discharge(ing) a firearm in a grossly negligent manner which could result in injury or death to a person

Nigga if we don't get the 40+ pieces of information or anything close to it of course we are going to call it a mess. Even actual lawyers who are not bloggers or biased were presenting unclear information or incorrect charges.
Tap dancers made their way back to the thread I see

Niggas should’ve known when Tory’s ex lawyer was tryna get him a plea deal
lol the day before the verdict there was people tweeting "Zimmerman was found not guilty" but now that the verdict is here this was apparently the most cut and dry case of all time
Niggas should’ve known when Tory’s ex lawyer was tryna get him a plea deal
he 100% should have taken that plea deal I didn't realize what the plea deal was til we were in the case

no brother. discharge with gross negligence doesnt necessarily mean anyone was injured.
witness claims they saw him point the weapon - assault
witness claims they saw him fire the gun - discharge with gross negligence
