They clearly did not care about Kelly’s testimony or Kelsey’s testimony in court or inconclusive dna, etc.
So in hindsight, he didn’t really have a chance no matter the defense.
He was f***ed. IMO and to your point, he may have needed to truly introduce himself to the jury and tell them what happened and explicit identified Kelsey as the shooter, even if they would have went at his past and his character
Agreed. I think he was guilty in the opinion of the Jury. The media tactics done by Megan in the 2 years were too powerful to remove from their brains in 5 days.
