ovosoundone eye witness, the most reliable witness (someone watching from their patio) in the case implied that meg and kelsey got into a fight outside of the vehicle, kelsey ran to grab a gun, fired the gun (unclear how many times), tory ran to her and at some point fired the gun (multiple times). at no point did the witness see the gun directly, only muzzle flashes near specific people
no specifics on where the gun was fired other than vague descriptions like:
