Yeah exactly lol Tory's more broke than people realise, he's only been independent around 3 yrs now and for most of that he couldn't tour and was cancelled. With legal fees and his lifestyle he definitely doesn't have much money anymore.

According to Tory and Kelsey, he didn't actually do it.
Kelsey met with Tory one time at a hotel after the whole incident and they supposedly haven't contacted each other.
There was no evidence of the witness tampering.
The prosecution tried to add bribery charges because of Kelsey changing her story and the disappearance of Justin (Meg's bodyguard). The judge said no.
Both Justin and Quan (Tory's bodyguard), who were missing, showed up during closing statements.

i don’t know, but motive doesn’t have much bearing on the case to me when the parties were intoxicated. why do you think so many eyewitnesses reported seeing tory shooting, then? and for what reason would meg accuse kelsey over tory? why did tory apologize?
im open to changing my mind, but i dont have any reason to doubt that tory did it
