in the depp trial, the jurors identities were mostly respected and people made an effort not to film them whenever court was on break for lunch etc. since the jurors ate in the same court yard as the general public and parked in the same garage

i do think tory walks even though i think he did it beyond a doubt
i think there are enough oddities in the case that will convolute the deliberation process, even though i don’t think those should counteract the number of eyewitnesses that testified to seeing Tory shoot a weapon at Meg or Tory’s subsequent apology

i don’t know enough about the court process to know what safeguards they have against tampering with jurors, but it feels realistic that he would attempt to
