For sure, I don't think any of this was malicious which is why Meg didn't initially go to the police (not the Black Lives Matter bs reason)

I do think though, that Kelsey had malicious intent in the heat of the moment. IMO, Sean Kelly's story (that he reported to the police as an eyewitness) makes far more sense than Meg's testimony, and that story includes Meg and Kelsey fighting, and Kelsey going for the gun. Given Kelsey wanting to not incriminate herself, that makes sense. It makes sense why she wanted to plead the 5th now that we know what the eyewitness said.

That makes more sense than Tory being upset over his career being dissed, hopping out the car yelling DANCE B****! and shooting at Meg 5x...but not hitting her once.
