ThizzerNone of this makes any sense, the only thing that is true in the entire case so far is that meg was shot, I don't think she Lied like she knew oh Kelsey shot me so let me blame Tory, I think she just saw Tory with the gun or him hanging out the window as she heard shots, so as a victim (which a lot of people seem to forget that she is) she assumed the person she sees wot a weapon or closes to her shot her. Kelsey might have played a part in that as in a struggle for the gun, it's the only thing that makes sense unless we have a JFK magic bullet scenario here
I can’t sympathize with some of this. . False accusations are not ok, in any fashion, at any time. If she didn’t know for sure 100 percent she should’ve said that.
But you don’t get the benefit of the doubt to falsely accuse someone because you are a victim.
With that said she def deserves Justice for being shot. Finding out who shot her should be the main objective and her getting justice should remain priority.

Idk why she would need immunity if she didn't do anything wrong in the matter. Alone it won't mean much but with the other factors tho
I agree that it's confusing that she asked for immunity cuz the agreement was that her testimony wouldn't be used to prosecute her for anything, which is confusing because if she was worried her testimony would implicate her in the shooting, that would hurt their case against tory and they would be better off with her not testifying at all

Kelsey wasn’t bribed from September to now, she just had to tell the truth knowing she was under oath and that she was under the threat of perjury. That’s why she wanted immunity.
If I’m guessing which place she was being truthful, it’s under the court of law not that interview
Even if we assume she was lying in September and would have been lying under oath to repeat the same lies in her testimony, speaking cynically, is she really in less danger of perjury charges after doing what she actually did
