Dec 17, 2022ThizzerNone of this makes any sense, the only thing that is true in the entire case so far is that meg was shot, I don't think she Lied like she knew oh Kelsey shot me so let me blame Tory, I think she just saw Tory with the gun or him hanging out the window as she heard shots, so as a victim (which a lot of people seem to forget that she is) she assumed the person she sees wot a weapon or closes to her shot her. Kelsey might have played a part in that as in a struggle for the gun, it's the only thing that makes sense unless we have a JFK magic bullet scenario here

NewCopeJustDroppedOne thing we do know is that she was shot and by the looks of it she won’t get Justice. I hope and pray she gets the helps she needs to at least heal from this.
But if Tory is innocent I also have to advocate for him as a victim in this scenario. False accusations cannot become a norm of the victimized.
This s*** kinda sad all around. I pray some smoking gun comes through but it doesn’t look good.

That’s incorrect bro. Tory’s DNA wasn’t found on the magazine, but his DNA could have still been on the firearm. The test was inconclusive so we don’t know. There is 4 possible contributors to the firearm. There is the POSSIBILITY of a female touching both the magazine and the firearm but we know at least one of the contributed is, for a fact, male. So the only facts is that Tory had no DNA on the magazine, DNA was inconclusive on the firearm but one DNA is definitely male and there is the potential of a female touching it.
