This. If what the bodyguard said was true why not take the stand and all 3 of them (Tory, Kelsey, bodyguard) admit it was an ACCIDENT. Megan’s claim that it was intentional and that it was Tory would be out.
But I don’t think that’s what happened.

He is the most reliable witness since he wasn't drunk and this is after the incident.

This is a leaked audio that popped up after the incident and was reported by numerous outlets.
It was never 100% confirmed that's it's him though.
But his recount of the story is consistent with Meg's injuries as well as the GSR on Kelsey's hand. So I believe that it's the actual body guard.

2. He said the gun went off and “the bullet” hit Megan’s feet. It’s been proven the gun went off 4 times.

Someone explain to me how Lanez could be 8 feet away from Meg, and not hit her and since Kesley had GSR on her, she had to be close enough to where she could have gotten hit too

If he was indeed saying “dance b****” then his intentions wasn’t to hit it her. Bullet maybe ricocheted off of something and into her foot, hence everybody’s shock when it happened.
