Her testimony was missing details that were corroborated by the defense and Kelsey. She was also contradicted by both parties AND THE PROSECUTION AS WELL. She hasn't told the full truth at any juncture

And Kelsey is trying to plead the 5th. Megan said she was just a bystander in the shooting. That's a huge deal.

Tory's team doesn't need to claim anyone shot Meg. They just need to bring evidence that suggests Tory didn't. That way he will be exonerated of his charge.

It's up to the prosecution to prove that Tory shot Meg beyond reasonable doubt.

With no dna on the gun, with gun residue on both Kelsey and Meg, with eye witnesses that go against Meg’s testimony potentially, just seems like there’s not a lot of actual evidence beyond Meg saying tory shot me
