Kelsey said Megan encouraged her to date Tory and they had s***multiple times.
Tory, Megan and Kelsey were all fighting and calling each other names after Kylie told her to get out.
Kelsey and Megan started fighting over disloyalty after Tory exposed he was f***ing both of them.
Tory threatened to shoot Kelsey and when asked what did she say after he threatened to shoot her, she invoked the 5th and refused to answer.
Kelsey expressed she don't want to be here after invoking the 5th. When the prosecutor asked "how do you feel about Tory being here", she responded, "it don't bother her that hes here."

To me whatever happened there is not what Megan said. I don't believe her based on these 3 days.
But whatever happened may put them all in trouble and this story is false. Meg definitely got hit but we haven't heard the whole truth about the nature of the shooting.

Wouldn't be surprised if Kelsey's reason for pleading the 5th, was because she probably was talking crazy, and threatened to shoot/kill both Meg & Tory.

No. Tory doesnt have to prove anything thats not how the law works Meg is only one with burden of proof
