if you storyboard a scene, you know which parts you have to shoot and so the cinematographer can prepare for it, this is what happens when you want to do things fast with no storyboard and worry about it later

like she can put any part she wants in slow motion this way, it isnt going to be easy or look as good as actual scenes that were prepared for slow motion

also this is a big f*** you to the editing and post processing team , they had huge files to work with and find how to connect and edit

the komodo was used for a specific scene, this is not the point

the RED camera is brilliant, like an absolute beast

the problem here is she shot everything at 120fps because she didn't storyboard anything, so she could manipulate things in a more easier way in the editing room

this gave the cinematographer 0 room to work with, you can't make adjustments to a shot you wont know how the director wants it and making him shoot at 120fps will destroy any chance of it having a decent light
