i think the original plan when snyder cut got greenlit was to continue with the sequels on warnermax then execs stepped in and shut down warner max and shot down jl 2&3 but snyder cut was already approved by that point

The typical reboot would have gone the Force Awakens route, with Jessica Henwick finding out something is wrong in the matrix and she has to find a solution with Yahya's help and a good program (like they did in the movie). Neo is an old myth and Keanu only appears at the end

I’m still confused as to how Morpheus ended up becoming some sort of sentient machine or whatever or is it not actual Morpheus but Neo’s interpretation of him based on the code he wrote? Either way, how the f*** that even happened? lol

If you mean the movie itself? Sure, bur the subtext and meta of the movie and how it is represented in our world, would be different when looking in those lens

And personally, this was better than Spider man No Way Home

I mean this movie desperately needed a day in the life of trinity and quick 60 year time lapse which would introduce the side characters with small animatrix like stories so at end we would at least care if they possibly died. /: I said before this dropped Morpheus and original crew aren’t full characters outside of helping neo accomplish his goal. But they all red pills so they should have their own agency a bit . Beyond that sati plan was too convenient and perfect to again the point it felt like once he exited the matrix it was his pitch for matrix 4 which he avoids making all movie
