The reason the old movies are so good is because of the action scenes. They are high concept action movies lol.

If you removed all action scenes those movies would have no value to you ?

Cause again to me as a movie cloud atlas imax watch is better than most of trilogy highs

I just watched it

I mostly enjoyed it. Some fight scenes and other parts were corny.

But I know very little about the franchise

What were the main things people didn't like

Idk if no value but they would be way worse yea the kung fu and gunfights is def the best part of these movies

Main thing they didn’t like is that it didn’t feel like the franchise to them

It's sort of jarring to see Keanu in a movie with terrible gun choreography

Lol but really jarring to see the blood and everything and shots impact look off in general

Like if I look at it like a zombie movie for action parts even with extras it doesn’t fully connect

did hugo weaving say no? i thought jonathan groff was great but theres no reason to not have weaving in that role.
