Am I the only one that thought it was annoying as hell that they switched back n forth so much between IMAX shots? I thought Marvel was all IMAX now. Or at least digital IMAX

they never let these indie director touch the fight scenes afaik. which makes sense usually.
also im pretty sure she took the already existing outline for what had to happen to the characters (more or less) to feige with her pitch on how to get them there.
Saw it today. Yeah I was fighting for consciousness up until the second half. The acting/directing/action didn’t seem to be the problem, it was a case of doing the best one could with a flawed script

So the actress who plays Makkari, Lauren Riddloff, is actually non-verbal by choice. So the scene when she screamed toward the end when she thought Druig was dead packs more emotion in it now. Verbalizing in that situation would be pure emotion no matter what.
