We have Superman back in JL, Steve back in Wonder Woman 1984, and The Russo Brothers even considering bringing back Tony.
Killmonger was way more interesting than Black Panther tho.

Can we please dead this Kilmonger as Black Panther talk please?I think some of yall need to rewatch the movie who are saying Kilmonger should be Black Panther. I'm all for reviving the character, but I don't want him as THE Black Panther. In order to do that, especially in the MCU, you would have do a full face turn in order to align him in the same light as T'Challa. He'd had have to against everything he stood for. If he was that malleable, he would've let them capture him alive, he was willing to die for what he believed in. You don't just 180 that.
i don't even wanna talk about this really, but some of the opinions I'm seeing on this are straight up horrible. I'm more than ok with Shuri becoming Black Panther, but I maintain my opinion, that the character "T'Challa" should not be written off, with the passing of Chadwick Boseman. The character is too integral to the Marvel universe, to effectively "retire" like that.

I would be fine with T'Challa being recast (because either way it could've happened sometime in the next 20 years assuming Chadwick would have retired from the role after a while) but I don't think BP 2 should happen in 2022
2024-2025 maybe, but 2022 feels too soon because they would have to start looking at recasting now

I want Shuri as BP. But I don't know if it would work.
In theory, it makes sense since she's the younger sister. And she knows about the suit and everything.

rewatch yesterday gave me an idea for a somewhat feasible resurrection of Killmonger.... what if after Panther "buried him in the ocean" he was immediately found and saved by the Atlanteans that theyve been teasing
would be an epic way to introduce Namor and have someone that can actually fill Panthers shoes as the most badass hand to hand combatant this side of Cap. He might want to right his wrongs. - Aug 31, 2020chip skylark
