Yep, it’s like as I was saying, Jean Grey is problematic as a premise herself.

Using her powers in almost any capacity is an unethical act in and of itself, beyond even what most people are probably capable of doing even if they have insidious intent.

Privacy invasion beyond even the most unethical corporation, manipulative abilities beyond any groomer/abuser.

Under no circumstance can you trust that.

The moment the public are made aware that such things are even possible, actions won’t mean s***, people will want your ass locked up based on your capabilities alone, irregardless of how they’re used.
