She is good friends with him and up to this point appeared in every single one of his films.
If anything, I would expect it for a post credit scene if it does happen.

This Spider-Man's already been dealing with an identity issue for the past 3 movies, so putting him next to two already huge personalities is just unnecessary. Put him next to Daredevil or Hawkeye or someone more street level than the Hulk, man
This universe will not and cannot succeed off the novelty of characters meeting up; revolving almost entirely around that is one of the main reasons why they've struggled since Endgame.

I’ll be honest I’m not a fan of the Home trilogy and the stark involvement though but Punisher and Spiderman interacting is cool as s*** and we finally get Punisher back on the big screen again. Hulk I’ll give you that lol.
