Theory i’m thinking holland spidey loses everyone in the MCU. Happy, Ned, Aunt May, MJ. And for whatever reason by the end of the movie ends up in the Sonyverse where versions of Ned, Aunt May and MJ are still alive but the Peter Parker in that universe is missing
