Depends what run of FF they’re looking to adapt. From the artwork I think Sue & Reed will already be an item.

In some comic runs (like Waid’s) they already have kids. I can see them adding Reed and Sue’s kids in the sequel. Their kids play a big part in later stuff

I saw this coming but he looks a lot younger its not the age itself really Pedro just looks old as hell and doesn’t fit the character imo. I only thought of that because I know the director worked on Sunny. But realistically there’s probably a fantastic 30-35 year old actor out there who would be perfect for the role so I feel you

I wouldn’t worry about someone looking like the character too much. Comics are always changing their models and will most likely adapt to MCU looks like they did with Nick Fury.
