Xile44They can team up and they can also be fleshed out. It’s a huge universe of characters . If they don’t treat it with proper world building it ain’t gonna work . Treat it just like the MCU at the beginning.
Fr, I’m tired of people acting like there are like 15 mutants. There are literally HUNDREDS of them. If you limit their on screen appearances to X-Men movies you can’t flesh out more than 10-15 max

The difference is Marvel has already proved over and over again that they can make mass audiences care about lower tier characters.
Sony’s issue is that the movies they give to these lower characters are absolute garbage so of course they flop

Black Widow flopped mostly because it came out at a time that made no sense. The character was already dead when that movie released. That should’ve been a Phase 2 movie

They did good in 2022 and stumbled in 2023
2024 they got lucky because it’s their only one
2025 going to be the real test for them in theaters

People forget that Iron Man was a B-tier character at BEST before the MCU. People were scratching their heads as to why that guy was getting a solo movie.
And now 20 years later he’s an absolute household name.
It’s not impossible to make audiences care about lower tier solo characters. Is it hard? Yes. But not impossible, and Marvel has a track record of doing so
