Did boxing for like 3 months and loved it. Was in the best shape of my life tbh. Just need to find another gym and be in a stable place mentally and financially in life to start again

Fr. I end up on top and aim for a full mount and give them a saturday night until they tired. Ofc the higher belts be f***ing me up when i try but it’s all i got
for those living in countries with harsh winters, how do you find the time to get in more sessions and stay consistent?
Giving MMA class a go next week, haven't trained in anything for months now
might try the wrestling class afterwards if I can last

just had my first MMA class, I was impressed by the coach and controlled atmosphere. Didn't gas out too much surprisingly.
Unfortunately it's 40 minutes away so a bit of a trek
