seems very different in that I think Vitinha is the best midfielder in the world and basically like a kroos/xavi/etc type. mainoo im not sure what his best position is still and he needs to improve a lot to start for us still.

Why did we go for this guy lol, his profile is a mix of Zirkzee and Hojlund. All the clips have him running and shooting with loads of space, while we have been a stationary team around the box this whole preseason. Plus the comp I watched had more misses in it than actual goals of his, doesn’t seem clinical at all.

Only thing that comforts me is that he actually seems to be able to use his height to win a header, because imagine how sad it would have been if we’d signed a 3rd 6’3+ tall striker in a row that was useless in the air.

A good coach would do wonders for him tbh.
