it is Woodward no ones denying that. The articles about how bad the glazers were at putting people in charge of transfers aka Woodward and the negatve influences of a fast-track manager like mou who btw has done this at every club he's managed bar porto

This is what I’ve been told, he’s a great man manager, there’s no denying that. But as a tactical manager he lacks that pedigree to take us further as a team.

Ole getting the extension regardless, but the form will always be too inconsistent. Even if you gave him every quality player imaginable. You can’t always rely on individual brilliance every single game

I couldn’t finish it because I was driving my girl to get vaccinated. So Filoni was like the apprentice of George Lucas for many years and was one of the few people who implanted his ideas with a desire to never stop learning the Lucas way. Dave Filoni, since has been the best content creator in Star Wars and worked his way up to be a director for live action being seen as an irreplaceable prescence that surrounds himself with the right people to make himself the best director he can be. This is similar to how I see the Ole project and his desire to implant the United way which is Defined by long-term success is ever present and if he keeps learning and surrounding himself with the right people he will continue to be successful.

I think a good part of the article that has positives is that the glazers changed their Erratic way of thinking midway into mourinhos tenure which did in fact piss him off and probably lead to his downfall but as you can see the new project they have started (albeit way too late with a rubbish Woodward at the helm) is a step in the right direction.
