Yeah it’s just awful honestly, the game was crying out for some subs, but again leaves it too late and it’s no difference with the subs he picks. It’s just “oh let’s keep it at 0-0” and don’t make any real effort to go forward and attack.

If you're not massively upgrading the squad there's absolutely no point in keeping him. He's proven he can't get these players playing cohesively and there's no reason to believe he'll eventually fall upon something with time.
Glazers clearly don't know this but they'd definitely save a lot of money replacing Ole and Ed
