sure change another manager and watch another one bite the dust⦠the problems of United wouldnāt exist with a better structure. Yes ten Hag can be blamed for ingame management, but many of those issues wouldnāt even exist if his squad was bigger, better scouted, overseen by proper medical staff and given appropriate wages.
This c*** is pathetic
Whatās he supposed to do? Create another Sancho saga?
This c*** is pathetic
Man has a tendency to always shift the dialogue to individual players its very nasty anf probably wont do him good with the team.
Usually you should say that rashford was only part of the problem and its a team sport etc. But nope this man always points to one player who is at fault.
When he came to United I thought you guys might have gotten a reasonable guy but the more it goes on the more he seems like a clown that fights fire with oil
Again selling McTominay is not his responsibility.
Ten Hag wanted him out, the club did not manage to sell him.
Yeah, he really wanted him out, thatās why heās played him in 54 separate matches

Thatās literally what happened in the summer. He was available to be bought and West Ham were in for him.
I think the dialogue on Hag long ran its course in this thread, and I think weāre all relatively on the same note now.
But the one thing that piqued me early in his time here and convinced me he wasnāt really that about Ajax lifestyle was his use of certain players.
For an alleged Cruijffian possession football manager to utilise Scott McTominay to the extent he has just makes zero sense. Here is a player so fundamentally alien to possession football and he continues to use him week in week out. Pep Guardiola wouldāve genuinely seen two training sessions of him and sent him to Everton.
Itās like if Sean Dyche wanted to play target man football with his starting striker and continued to pick Lorenzo Insigne up there ā means no sense is jus veertual
Everything he does is so contradictory

At this point I have seen enough. Sure heād do better with a better structure and players but is he ever going to get us to the level of City or Arsenal? I feel like regular top 4 finishes is the max that he can get out of us and thatās even only if all the other conditions are perfect. Iām done w the half assery I just want us to win a f***ing PL title, but every part of the club seems not ready to do so, from the manager to the players to the current executives.
āThe structureā isnāt going to stop Hag from repeatedly bottling leads
āThe structureā isnāt going to suddenly make him win an away game against the top 8 for the first time in his entire time here
The club can be a bad overall environment and the manager can not be good enough at the same time. These two things can - and do - coexist
When Ten Hag returns to Ajax after this season, rebuilds his reputation, then gets a shot with another big club in 3 years and takes them to the top meanwhile weāre stuck in 12th with Eddie Howe and a full English XI (which is actually better than what we were during the De Zerbi seasons)

I am almost certain this man will peak back in Dutch football or mid level Germany at best
I just smile and wave with this club now, a new manager might fix things for a few months but it just feels like we are continuing in circles

Really hope that with new executives in that really know what theyāre doing we can change some things. Offload half the squad for real this time, get a new manager in that fits the vision of the board and get some players in that fit with that vision.

Bruh Arsenal literally sucked first two seasons under the Artetsmeister, this whole argument is so heat of the moment it hurts my brain to engage it
I get it, itās tiring and disappointing to not see linear progress or a title charge or witnessing awful gameplay. But thatās sometimes better than just pressing the eject button without any tangible solutions

Well said

Then heād have sold him. ETH controls all transfers stop giving him excuses itās pathetic.

āEtH control all transfersā
Have you heard yourself?

He canāt handle big names and real pressure. But heāll do great in Ajax again agreed.

Weāve had this talk 200 times. Not even going to start this again, enjoy your day.

Proper rebuild in summer. ETH knows heās cooked too, I just donāt think weāll sack him till May so that a better selection of coaches is available. I wouldnāt even buy in January, just offload the players that are obvious and plow through to finish 7-10. Wonāt get anyone good in Jan either nobody serious wants to play for him/united at this pt.

No serious person can say a manager controls all transfers without pointing out the elephant in the room
Whatās he supposed to do? Create another Sancho saga?
šš heās had no problem being a nasty ego trip fraud with others in public

Apparently new owners mean he can suddenly manage a game
