I've tried so many times.

Player power and entitlement combined with piss poor club ownership and top to bottom management is the main culprit for failure in my humble opinion.

We can get into why, but that is what i essentially have concluded. You can disagree but this is how i reason for Ten Hag.

Ten Hag with good ownership and a proper DOF + Recruitment = recipe for success.

The irony is... it's the same structure that would've made Van Gaal, Mourinho and even Ole work.

That's why i'm not arguing for the individual brilliance of a coach, rather i'm arguing that the structure needed for success causes good coaches to get increasingly bad results because of terrible transfer strategies and financial decisions.
