Mf got rashford playing with regulion and lindelof at lb and said we need to sell a 30g a year scoring wing
yall don't really know ball
Oblivion disappeared last season when we started going on our run and now they're back once we're trash again.
Consistency

30 goals a season? 350k a week? Sign me up.
Marcus Rashford is not that, and never has been.
In the last 7 seasons, Rashford, in all competitions, has scored 30 goals once.
In fact, in the last 7 seasons Rashford has failed to score even 20 goals 4 times.
Last season was a fantastic season by all accounts for him, right?
Before December, he had 3 PL goals.
After February, he scored another 3 PL goals.
His total for the season? 17 premier league goals.
He is the definition of a purple patch player, vastly overrated by the fans and given the keys to the palace on a vastly inflated wage with a guaranteed (and publicly told as much) starting place in the first 11 every week without fail.
I thought fans were mental for wanting him and the Portuguese hand grenade gone (possession repellant disguised as a risk taker), but the facts are there - they are not good enough. The best game this season was when both didn't feature.
375k a week for that PR merchant is a disgrace
What happened to the 200k salary cap
Ten hag standards in full flow
Interesting going back and seeing the reaction to his renewal though

How awful of Ten Hag to play two other defenders at LB when Shaw and Malacia are both injured and the board won’t sign more than 3 players on a permanent deal!
Interesting going back and seeing the reaction to his renewal though
Ten Hag demanded the board sign Rashford on no more than 200k a week but the dummies insisted it wouldn’t be enough to keep a player of his stature
This fanbase deserves some of the bad things ngl, buncha complaining, entitled and clueless fans irk me

What's the source of that?

It’s been so long since we had a crop of players I genuinely liked.
you say this, at the end of last season we were loving all these players bar a few

On the pitch sure (for the most part) but I was always aware of the awful mentality most of them had.

Make up s***

I think we're quite level headed actually in comparison to other clubs. the discourse in this thread in particular, is of high quality.

Name another winger than produce 20+ goals season that is available
Defending Rashford to death while also hating Ten Hag when just about any other manager would've benched him about a month ago is certainly interesting!

The problem is most fans purely watch for results and are too superficial and demanding of everyone including the manager.
Like sometimes you gotta accept the road to recovery is gonna be ugly and you won’t feel or look like a champion the whole time.
It’s not glamorous but look where Arteta and Arsenal came from

Thoughts on United sacking Mourinho after winning 2 trophies in his first season and while performing better than the current manager who won a few dutch leagues and lost his biggest game to spurs?
Was that road ended too soon?

Ofcourse. The fans have been demanding the most stupid s*** ever since Fergie left.
I’ll give them that Glazers are expert manipulators and know just how to split and divide the fanbase into doing their bidding for them with leaking bs stories and such.
Every single manager at Utd bar maybe Moyes and Rangnick could’ve done great things with proper backing and if they held out to get through the ugly growing phase
