Where do Brighton end up this season? 5-1 in your first 6 is very good going
6th or 7th I think, they’re great but feel like they will be viewed as a ‘great’ team more and more by lower table teams, who will happily play a low block against them. And that seems to be something they struggle with from what we’ve seen in their last few games. Also feel like, even though they have great depth in attack, their defence is only a few injuries away from being in trouble. Could see them getting 5th or maybe even 4th if other teams (like us, Newcastle and Spurs) underperform this season.
Mainoo ball so soon

Chelsea are so funny man. Them finishing bottom half again isn't even that much of a hot take

Top four race this season

yeah, like ive seen a lot of good football from villa, Brighton, west ham, and even Newcastle. confident on them being the better teams. its more so a question around us being able to turn things around.
I dont believe in Chelsea turning anything around they have no striker, have a bunch of overpaid kids on 10 year contracts, and a manager under immense pressure to perform. I dont see how they put it together to even finish top half at all.
Arsenal above City is a brave take.

despite havertz being a zero, I like the squad. like can city really pull off 4 in a row? sounds impossible to me.

unfortunately they pulling a second treble in a row by the looks of it

It doesn't look impossible to me rn though, they're significantly stronger than any other team in the Prem.
Like Idk if they win the treble again but they'll walk the league imo. The only team who could've stopped them was Arsenal last season and they choked hard.
Rooney really won us our third CL in 4 years with that goal

Went absolutely f***ing mental when Rooney scored, good times loved that kit too
Some of this is going to be his stupid Hollywood s*** but then some of it will be from pushing to create a chance
Not really a fair picture imo

They could’ve also posted some stat about no midfielder has created more chances than Bruno beside it

The team is decimated by injury rn which is also what killled us last season.like 4 or 5 starters are hurt rn. We can’t compete with city tbh. Except we drop out of some competitions
