We're seeing a glimpse of niggas finally starting to tip the scale this year with the "great resignation" happening across this whole country especially in the service industries with more people resigning at a historical rate. The silver lining of the pandemic is that it finally woke a lot of people up to the fact that these wages (after receiving unemployement money for a year) just are not livable.
