Getting to the end of Season 2 in my rewatch...
The Jet Set is probably the most polarizing episode of the first four or five seasons. I've seen some people say it's their favorite episode and others say it's among the worst in the series.
The California stuff is kinda just there and even a bit boring. There isn't much beyond the surface when it comes to the nomads, that very well could be by design but still. Outside of the aesthetics which are obviously great, there isn't much to take away from it... especially on repeat viewings. I remember on previous rewatches I would get to this episode and be a bit like "oh... this one" and I never fully realized why I had that feeling, but now I know. Fortunately, Don's stay in California gets a whole lot more interesting in the next episode.
New York is the much more interesting side of things. John Slattery is so good. That's hardly a surprising thing to say, I've always known he was great but this rewatch has elevated him so much. I love the shared camaraderie Roger and Duck have over the divorce lawyer... and speaking of Duck, it's the best Duck episode by far.
Also, Kurt coming out to the office. The faces, expressions, ad reactions, really good stuff... notably from Ken and of course, Sal.
So overall, it certainly isn't the best, as for it being the worst, I'm not entirely sure about that, but the overall episode isn't bad-- saved mainly by some excellent work from John Slattery and Mark Moses.

ted is so warming and ken is so me, would have definitely have behaved the same way if i was him
one episode left...
this final half of season 7 has been amazing but landing sort of odd for me. but i realized it's just the show is still moving at mad men pace. it isn't going for big fan fare 'final season' type of moments, but instead keeping that steady hand the show always operated with.

Wasn’t the ending scene so poignant with Don. I get tears everytime. So powerful
