So he’s corny for trying? I don’t get it. He’s giving love to the original artists and putting his own personality on it. CMIYGL doesn’t even sound like other Gangsta Grillz mixtapes like that either. It sounds more like IGOR.

All his vids from the beginning are Wes Anderson? That’s hard to believe. They’re not even the same style, unless he just bit each and every one of his movies for different videos.
He does bite Wes and NERD a little bit which is not that much of stretch considering they’re both some of his admitted largest influences. IGOR is the least NERDy album from him imo tho. The Griselda take is crazy tho. That being said CMIGYL is his weakest effort in my opinion.

i never said it sounds like the gangsta grillz mixtapes i said it’s copying wsg sound whilst at the same time copying the aesthetics of a gangsta grillz mixtape he even admitted in my mind prequel tape inspired it. he’s corny not for trying he’s corny for doing nothing different. what even is his personality outside it being an extension of his fav artists. it doesn’t sound like igor. igor is just NERD homage

I think it’s crazy to think he’s doing NOTHING creative but I can’t prove it to you music is subjective. I can differentiate between Tyler music and NERD. It sounds different to me.
