Because he’s not and honestly shouldn’t be with all the f***ing weird gimmicks he’s been pulling lately, just let your music define who you are and leave it at that. Pulling a ridiculous PR stunt every month leaves a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths. He would honestly most likely be more well off just dropping music and leaving it at that, he’s literally making people NOT want to check for him with the way he does so much s*** that DEMANDS attention.

Let’s hope the next openly gay rapper is just accepted and isnt told things like “you can be gay but not too gay” (which is what a lot of yall in this thread have been saying outright, which is by definition homophobic but y’know. We on a kanye forum right? Lol)

There was a magazine in the 90s called One Nut where the identity of a closeted gay rapper (who they never said who) was looked at as a scandal. And the tone wasnt in no loving way at all. (General)
