How can you prove you were raped way after the fact? If I came and violated you, you felt ashamed and embarrassed so you kept it to yourself til you finally had the courage to speak up. How would you prove I did anything to you? Cause y’all asking for proof and don’t even know what you’re asking for.

the studies he's citing are in the context of complaints filed at police stations not tweets. also as long as there is an even 1% chance of falsity, there needs to be an actual investigation. presumption of innocence is one of the most important judicial values in existence.

in what WORLD is it ever just believe any accuser of anything, and the other person is deemed guilty instantly

This isn't even just about rape. How many black people have gone to prison wrongly imprisoned in HISTORY because somebody lied and they just locked them up as they fit the description?
HISTORY also shows how many damn accusers for high profile cases get accused of random acts. College students with their lives and future ruined only to be turned out a lie years down the line. This happens all across the world, and its not just rape. False accusations are apparent across ALL industries, (thieving for example.)
