It’s not thought provoking to be the champion of abusers. You get manipulated so easily, he just needs to say « You’re against me because I think different » to believe he’s being cutting edge.

If you read my posts you’d understand what I’m saying. But maybe my initial point could’ve been executed better…exactly like some of the ideas on this Kendrick album could have been

This album is a mental health masterpiece. I finally understand now. I think the Big Stepper part is him finally going to therapy for the first time and going through his toxic ways of thinking. By the Mr Morale portion, the treatment seems to be working a bit more and he reveals where it started and by the end he’s choosing to finally work on himself before being a savior to his community/fans. I think with albums like GKMC and TPAB he dealt with the pain the streets and fame made him go through and then feeling like he had to be the leader of the people while putting himself 2nd to all of this. Kind of using THAT as a coping mechanism
