Bra he didn’t need to word it better then song was made for straight people wit homophobic/transphobic views

Like a lot of kids have or had. It's actually very relatable and can help in changing ignorant people

definitely adds to the album theme of toxicity & healing

I really don’t care tbh, could have been done differently, at least make the s*** a song people actually want to listen to

Bro been in here for hours trying to convince ppl why they shouldn’t like it as much as they do lol

I’ve been ITT for 20 minutes what are you talking about

Y’all are the ones brushing off actual discourse and criticism of the album because some of us aren’t sucking it dry like y’all are

Feeling like this is his best album tbh.

    Gkmc better

  • May 14, 2022

I really like this album but I expected a grander or more epic album given the wait tbh. But Kendrick telling me he's not my saviour and he chooses himself makes me accept the album as it is

    What?

There’s plenty of other people saying Kendrick could’ve executed some of his ideas on this album in a better way, it’s not just me.

Y’all are the ones acting like people that have an issue with some things he’s saying are stupid and just don’t get it

Your first R. Kelly post was flat out wrong, and it seemed like your issue was more personal that anything it had to do with musical choices

Yeah and there’s a contradiction in Kendrick’s actions lol. He uses the f slur in the song. He has now become the white girl saying the n word at his concert.

Yes, he became the very same white girl. But we already covered that. And we also covered why. Does the reasoning not interest you? Or are you just caught up in the contradiction?

If you ever wanna understand why he became the white girl feel free to read my first reply to you.

If you just wanna remain at the door of the contradiction, that's cool too.

Bro what are you talking about

I’m criticizing the album like any other album. It’s not perfect, there are things that could’ve been executed better, just like any other album

Y’all d***ride this man like no other, and he’s telling y’all on this album to cut that s*** out

There is no d***riding in this. You are the only one having problems with the bar and just because you are finding something problematic, doesn't mean others have to do the same. I am not Kendrick stan at all and would have no problems admitting if the bar was f***ed up

What are you talking about telling Kendrick Lamar he "could've worded it better" ? He used his platform to spread positive and thought-provoking messages just learn

Your first R. Kelly post was flat out wrong, and it seemed like your issue was more personal that anything it had to do with musical choices

How was it wrong? My point still stands; the way he executed that idea and that line specifically can come across like he’s trying to defend R. Kelly’s crimes as an adult. Is that what he’s doing? No. But I wouldn’t blame someone who heard that line and came to that conclusion, because that how it comes across. All I’m saying is that idea could’ve been executed in a better way
