frenchpressi feel like there was a lot more actual substance to what ppl would call the culture back then. like earth-shattering revelations weren't dependent on musicians releasing an album. there was more activity going on with everyone involved. now it just feels like people sit on twitter or ktt even waiting for some musician to drop the next big thing that'll change their life, change the social climate, whatever whatever
