it's definitely my most...unsure first two listens of a kendrick project i can't lie. but that's cool! i welcome projects like that, especially from great artists like him.

he's talking about his own problems in a very tactful way actually, i love father time and mother i sober, but his reasoning for now mostly being focused on his own problems and disregard for social issues bc he cant save everybody lol.. no i dont f*** with that mindset, if you guys do go ahead but that's not me
Well considering this album is all about perspectives, Iām not about to tell you yours is wrong just because I donāt see it that way.
The takeaway I have from this album is that it is pointless to sit around waiting for a hero to come and save you, because that doesnāt exist in the real world. Instead, focus on bettering yourself and fixing from the inside out instead of waiting for someone else to do it for you.
