it's definitely my most...unsure first two listens of a kendrick project i can't lie. but that's cool! i welcome projects like that, especially from great artists like him.

Kendrick HAS been painted as a sort of social savior over the past few years and him coming back to say āI canāt save you, you need to save yourselfā is a bit of a (needed) slap in the face to those people.
