Anti vaccine, anti mask, says freedom of speech is dead, āMy auntie is a man nowā
That wasnāt Kendrick that was OKLAMA
Album is 10/10
i'm not gon lie
i didn't think they would make it so obvious that kendrick been penning those melodic blues.
Him having Kodak black narrate an album about criticism and self accountability is incredibly ironic
worst?? man you here to s***post, you aint here for the music
this s*** is unbelievably god awful but i love it. i love to see an artist take risks.
probably the biggest risk an artist has taken in decades. and it's dogshit, but it will be in my heart forever
the whole concept of the song is "the basis of intentions" though. words can be loaded but not everything is malicious that's the point.
i'm queer and don't identify as my birth gender either. i felt exalted by the raw honesty in which kendrick explained his growth and how he experienced and viewed bigotry during his childhood.
the truth isn't pretty, but it's the truth. and it certainly isn't malicious. it's the first step in recognising where to fix said faults.
You wanted him to s*** on a group of people just to be contrarian?
You can hate the sin and not the sinner. Kendrick would never, because contrary to his fansā belief, Kendrick isnāt nuanced and his positions are all hard left - hence the awards and high critical acclaim from all the same leftie organisations.
not just about himself though? it's present all over the album in so many forms that affect so many people...anyways we've all only listened through it once so lets take some time before making any definitive conclusions
No Iām saying like Iām glad he focused in on himself this album itās great
Anti vaccine, anti mask, says freedom of speech is dead, āMy auntie is a man nowā
every word on the album flew right over your head didn't it
If Kendrick called out the Trans movement heād really have actually said something risky for once. Auntie Diaries is pro-lgbt. Just like all his beliefs, heās heavy mainstream left.
You got to be the worst post in recent memory. Having empathy and caring for a family member is being āmainstream leftā? Holy f***.
