Nights of Cabiria
Dir. Federico Fellini
5/5
One of the most brilliant portraits of the search for companionship and the desire for love.

The Highwaymen (2019)
4/10
Did they need to make a movie about Bonnie and Clyde from the POV of the detectives? No. Are Kevin Coster and Woody Harrelson’s tired characters anywhere near as interesting as the 1967 Bonnie and Clyde? No. Is this film inexplicably longer than the 1967 Bonnie and Clyde film ? Of course it is.

Watched this two nights ago and already rewatching. This is Malick’s best
I can't wait to start my malick binge, one of the filmmakers im really excited to see.
Irreversible gaspar always f***s me
Will never watch again though but damn tough watch

Don't think I've ever been this crushed by a film and if so it has been a long time that I can't remember. Had a crush on Keira and she's in her prime here. The chemistry with McAvoy is electric! The fountain scene and library scene whew. McAvoy was fantastic and was the only interesting thing about the film after the first half, sadly enough it lost steam after the dinner scene for me. When it transitioned to a WWII film half way through, felt like I was watching a different film and it didn't feel as focused. The first half was close to perfect. Benedict Cumberbatch was so creepy lmao.
You being way too generous with The Nun and The Curse of La Llorona ratings...
they was pretty coo not the worst thing ive seen
i liked the nuns atmosphere n the characters i feel it id watch it again id like it more
better than Annabelle 1 for me
I had the displeasure of seeing that bs in theaters

i bet the crowd couldnt even save it
The Master - 8.5/10, it took me a minute to let everything sink in. I found the "Irresistible Force vs. Immovable Object" aspect to be pretty compelling throughout. Joaquin Phoenix and PSH killed their roles. I didn't really understand Amy Adams character, but I seriously think I owe this move a re-watch.

I know you never been a full Master convert.. I have IV way there as well. Ranking PTA getting more and more redundant tbh his best is basically whichever one you're currently watching.

True, except Hard Eight and "Anima" are clear bottom dwellers for me
