This gets recommended everywhere but it looks absolutely horrible and i feel like it gets overly hyped bc of LGBT community

Like it really looks so cheaply made

it does look really cheap and music choice really bad imo

Yoooo i still have to get around to this as a Sion Sono stan... but he normally doesn't get such s*** reviews.. Everybody seems to hate this smh :(

But it got Nic Cage in a Sion Sono film so it can't suck right????

Also is THAT MY QUEEN SOFIA BOUTELLA????????

it tried to do too much in too little time, that's all.

the setting of the movie and its concept shouldnt be compressed in 90 minutes or it should at least have less of an aesthetic overload

    it was like a blur.

Blade: Trinity. So much worse than I’d remembered. Ryan Reynolds is terrible in it.

    War of the Worlds.

This movie is really good but for some reason when it first came out I didn’t f*** with it. But it’s a real solid Spielberg flick and Tom Cruise flick and alien invasion flick.

    7.5/10

    Blue Valentine maybe

Seen that, I was looking for some weird movies and I just didn't wanna see dusthead movies from the 1950s

A lot of the weird "new" movies I've seen already so I'm figuring out if I had missed something

Yeah but see like I said, some sad movies I've clearly missed like that one

    I missed Babel fully

It is a bit boring though considering every story had atleast a tense problem meanwhile tokyo shorty just wanted to get laid

Sure but when u sum it up like that it does her a disservice considering the other stories are far better and are revolving more dangerous situations

hmm this makes me wanna rewatch lol , of course I agree with you here but I don’t think I was any less engaged with her story, relative to her life, she was on knifes edge & alienated which can apply to anything really
