that scene was worse for me than 'a serbian film' as a whole.

The whole thing how the movie looks like a POV of some drunk stumbling around, until it hit this scene and just stands still

the cast of victims feel like it was picked by democrats tryna get votes, it's 3 liberal white girls and a black dude all in a tesla, tryna gentrify a small town

pretty sure the satire and criticism was all they cared bout, not sure anything else was important

Well that wasn't any good either because 1) it's not exaggerated enough to work as funny satire and 2) I just don't buy that the rest of the world would sit around waiting for 6 months for the US to do something as a comet closed in on earth. China, Russia, North Korea, etc. would team up and destroy us to preserve themselves, even if it triggered a world war.

Don't know why I'm putting so much thought into this stupid movie lol

Maybe The Power Of The Dog doesn’t hit for people who don’t experience extreme anxiety and toxic people.

Didn't hit for me cause so much hinged on Cumberbatch's performance which was
a kinda embarassing attempt at being a cowboy (I'm always iffy on his American) plus the dialogue for his big scene was

the passive aggressive hula hooping had me absolutely howling tho

He’s a cowboy who’s trying to be his idea of a cowboy cause he’s repressing his true self. So the performance is perfect for me.

It was interesting but idk it was a bit too much honestly at some point it was Just too horrible and I was like 2 steps away from just turning it off, that baby scene almost had me throwing up ngl, I usually like when films make me feel visceral emotions but yeah this wasn't it, I did like the themes of the movie tho

While true the rectum sequence is also more disturbing than 99% of films out there
