    Blade Runner (The Final Cut)
Cool concept but didnt enjoy it that much, some over the top acting sometimes made it more funny than serious, dont know if that was the intent lol but still, nice movie overall

    A Time to Kill (1996)
    8/10
This is a well done courtroom drama that earns it’s tense moments by bringing life to the harsh world that surrounds it. The racial tension in this movie is so highly that the entire cast is just shiny with sweat like 24/7. Like I aundersrand Mississippi in the summer is hot, but holy s*** are these people living on the surface of the sun?

    Life (1999)
    6/10
There’s some great moments in this and I think overall it’s a good story, but there’s corn moments and some dull scenes. It’s kinda fun.

    Remember the Titans (2000)
    10/10
One the best sports movies ever. One of best films ever about race. I know it’s cliche to compare moments a film about race relations to current times, but holy s*** there’s characters in this film that are damn near saying word for word things people saying about race relations now. This is a film that earns its sweet moments by allowing us to spend to time with them and this cast makes those scenes so memorable. Like there’s so many fire lines in this. I’ve seen this so many times, but it’s a movie that’s so easy to get into and it’s always fun.

    Just Mercy (2019)
    7.5/10

Tbh I thought this was going to be corny and almost literally preachy, but I enjoyed how real this got about the American justice system and how it actively works against black people. Jamie Foxx is great in this and imo puts up his best performance since Django Unchained. Some slow moments, but ultimately pretty powerful, real, and eye opening. This is one film that does not hold back on its criticism of the justice system.

Yeah I knew that fight scene wasn’t going to age well. Such a great movie that ends with a bunch of cgi bullshit.

I thought it was good, the noir parts were dark but some scenes felt too melodramatic imo. When Laurence Tierney comes through put some respek on his name. And that was before we found out he was Elaine's father.

Also the OG that puts together the crew in Rez Dogs yeah it's mainly a vehicle for the dark force of nature that was Lawrence Tierney
